  I took my car to have a radio installed and connected to my OEM back up camera. When I got the car back the radio was installed but it wasn't connected to the back up camera, my steering wheel controls were no longer working, and my car was now giving warnings that the e-brake was on. None of these things happened before and when I brought it to the attention of the owner, he and his installer said the car was already had these issues. My car had a factory BOSE system, which I bypassed by installing new speakers, wiring, and an AMP. I believe that the NAV might have played an issue. I thought I took my car to professionals but really these guys are just amateurs playing professional. The only redeeming value is that they didn't cut the wiring harness. I recently sold the car and had to put the old radio back in. Everything worked just fine so there's that but otherwise stay away!!!!!!!
