  I love to buy jamaican food at Golden Krust. However tonight i encountered a rude individual at the register. I buy from Golden krust practically every Saturday morning. There should be smiling faces with good customer service. Its bad for the business when one of the staff members acts out in front of customers . I will NOT be returning to this Golden Krust ever again. I would normally give this location 5 stars but due bad customer service one star is my rating.

  I called up to place an order over the phone and the person whom I spoke to seemed very rude. I had a bad connection and I was giving her my credit card over the phone because I wanted to place a large order. To my amazement, I heard the women saying to another person that she's not going to place my order . However, she didn't realize that I could hear her because we had a bad connection. I called back several times to place the order, but she decided not to pick up the phone. I will make a formal complaint about her behavior. Since, she was rude and not picking up the phone I decided to place my order at Charlies Bakery. I found this company to be more professional.
